Instead, we make it easy to manually add key contacts by sharing or receiving Snapcards. Every contact in Snapcard is structured, contextual, and de-duplicated, so your network stays clean and actionable—no messy imports here.


That said, we’re actively exploring secure ways to offer controlled syncing in the future. You might soon be able to selectively pull in high-value connections from tools like Google Contacts, ensuring your Snapcard network stays premium. We’re also looking into ways to help you bulk import contacts and manage your overall network alongside platforms like LinkedIn, all while keeping our focus on quality networking that turns contacts into lasting connections.

Are there any limitations on the free version (e.g., number of contacts)?

No, there’s no limit on the number of contacts in the free version. However, you’re limited to 1 Personal Business Card, and after 3 months of complimentary access to premium services, you won’t be able to use advanced features like reminders to reconnect, proximity alerts, smart search on contacts, or smart networking capabilities. You can still make notes on contacts and add tags, but you won’t be able to search based on those notes or tags.

Upgrading to the Pro plan is a great option — it’s extremely affordable, costing less than a lunch sandwich per month, and unlocks all the powerful personal CRM tools you need to maximize your networking.

Can I share my Snapcard with someone who doesn’t use the app?
Yes, you can send your card as a URL and they can download it on their phone. Or they can scan your Snapcard QR code and get your card/contact. The best part is they can immediately join and have their own Snapcard in less than 30 seconds.

We know your location and we know theirs too if they are on Snapcard. Or we might know where they live based on information you have on their contact.

For now, you can manually add contacts from LinkedIn or Google Contacts by exporting their details (if available) and importing them into Snapcard. Who can see my contact information and how do I control that?
Your contact information is only shared to those with whom you have shared your digital business card. Your contact information updates are only available to those who are in your contact book and you are in theirs too. We only proactively send your contact information to your contacts when your user profile is setup to do so. You have control over this setting

What happens if I lose my phone—can I recover my Snapcard data?
Your contacts are stored in the Snapcard cloud. If you lose your phone or get a new one, all you need to do is install Snapcard on your new device and your contacts shall be downloaded to your phone. All the smart networking intelligence that powers Snapcard is running in our cloud so you lose none of that 'relationship building' superpower even if you lose your phone.
