Everything you need to know about Snapcard. Can't find the answer you're looking for? Reach out to our support team.
Event attendees and sales reps who meet dozens of people need to capture paper cards before details fade. SnapCard scans business cards with your phone camera and saves a contact you can tag and search. On Free you get 10 scans per month; Solopreneur includes 100. Works on iPhone and Android—enable notifications for a prompt when background processing finishes.
Snapcard is designed to make you a power networker and keep you connected with your contacts effortlessly.
Here’s how we ensure you stay engaged:
Not currently, and that’s by design. Snapcard is all about building high-quality, intentional relationships, not just bulk imports. We believe in keeping your network focused and meaningful, which is why we don’t automatically sync with platforms like LinkedIn or Google Contacts.
Instead, we make it easy to manually add key contacts by sharing or receiving Snapcards. Every contact in Snapcard is structured, contextual, and de-duplicated, so your network stays clean and actionable—no messy imports here.
That said, we’re actively exploring secure ways to offer controlled syncing in the future. You might soon be able to selectively pull in high-value connections from tools like Google Contacts, ensuring your Snapcard network stays premium. We’re also looking into ways to help you bulk import contacts and manage your overall network alongside platforms like LinkedIn, all while keeping our focus on quality networking that turns contacts into lasting connections.
Stay tuned, and let us know if this is a priority for you—we’re here to help you network smarter!

Freelancers and consultants need relationship context without enterprise CRM overhead. SnapCard is a private-first personal CRM with digital cards, notes, tags, and follow-up reminders on iOS, Android, and Web. The Free plan is $0 and includes 1 active card plus 10 business card scans per month.
Networking professionals evaluating SnapCard Free get $0 access on iOS, Android, and Web with concrete limits: 10 business card scans per month, 3 voice notes per week, AI summaries on 5 contacts, and 1 active digital card—enough to capture event contacts before upgrading to Solopreneur.
When you reach a limit (for example, a 4th voice note in the same week), Snapcard explains your options:
Limits reset on a feature-specific schedule (voice notes reset weekly).
We save it — you unlock the view on Pro. Snapcard records meeting place and "we just met" history for all users so your relationship data stays complete.
On Free, location fields are hidden in the app. Proximity prompts are held back until you upgrade.
When you move to Solopreneur (Pro) or unlock the feature, your existing location history appears — nothing is lost from your Free period.
You can view AI-generated contact summaries on up to 5 contacts on the Free plan. Additional contacts show a locked state until you upgrade or unlock the feature.
Sometimes. When you hit a feature cap, the app may offer a time-limited unlock (for example, 7 days of voice notes) based on your engagement. You tap to unlock; Snapcard does not show a points shop in the app. Offers are limited (typically up to 2 per 90 days).
Conference attendees and sales reps lose context when they meet dozens of people in one day. SnapCard captures who you met with notes, tags, and optional business card scans on iPhone and Android. Free includes 10 card scans per month and 3 voice notes per week so you can record context before it fades.
Event-heavy professionals need to digitize paper cards on the spot. SnapCard scans printed business cards with your in-app camera on iPhone and Android and pre-fills a new contact. Free includes 10 scans per month; Solopreneur includes 100 per month.
Founders and sales reps forget meeting context within days. SnapCard records where and when you met, supports voice notes (3 per week on Free), and sends reconnect reminders on Pro. Capture context the same day you meet—searchable later by tags and notes.
Professionals who want to ditch paper cards need instant digital sharing. SnapCard gives you a digital business card with QR codes and profile links on iOS, Android, and Web. Share via SMS, email, or URL—your details stay up to date without reprinting cards.
Mobile-first networkers need the same tools on phone and desktop. SnapCard runs on iPhone and Android apps plus a web dashboard. Free plan limits (10 scans/month, 3 voice notes/week) apply across platforms with one SnapCard account.
